Pros

The company as been growing at a fast pace providing opportunities for promotions. Moderate training is provided. They have very good equipment and latest technology which is nice to run and to learn. Peers try to help - when there is time - given the amount of empowerment given

Cons

When something does not goes as planned, all hell breaks loose, and some VP's even threaten their staff that they will get fired. The pay is very good for top brass but is to be lower than could be for middle management and lower job levels. High amount of politics in higher management

Pros

The communication level across all levels, the way I was welcomed in by all, the way everyone has supported when asked upon, the way I was allocated into training in all departments of the process flow of our facility, Gildan academy training is one of my favorites, I have never had anything like at any other company

Cons

Training with some of our computers apps good be better, I have asked for the ability to get some training on a certain app but have yet to receive
