Some of the other employees would help you out if needed.

No heat was on throughout the winter & they asked everyone to bring in their own heater & wear a coat all day!!! I froze for months. Late nights/early mornings back to back. Tons & tons of drama/fighting/yelling/crying etc. people always quitting or getting fired. Management always becoming unhinged. No room for advancing.

I am sorry to hear about your bad experience! Will you tell me more, about what happened with the fighting etc...? The HVAC issues that you mentioned are non-existent, so I am not sure what happened back then. The heating and air works great.

Large Company that has a family feel to it. A lot of great opportunities from with-in to grow. The best bosses I have ever worked with. Many years in the field and have come to like the way they do everyday business.

Cons

It's easy to say that there are cons for working here. Let's be honest every place I have worked has a con. If you think thats not true you are being dishonest with yourself. We can not agree on everything because we all have different views. To list any cons is a waste of time.

They have no formal policy structure to hold the employees accountable. Every attempt at creating formal policy structures for employee accountability resulted in management stating they would review the documents for approval, and avoiding any future conversation.
