The PTO policy is one of the best in the industry and falls in line with a strong believe of work/life balance. Integrity and honesty are not just words, They are values that as an employee I have seen practiced every day. If you are told something is going to happen, it happens. Another strong company value is recruitment from the community that we are part of, and giving back to that community through participation in community events. This is a great company to work for if you like feeling valued, appreciated, and part of a strong positive workplace culture.
