Terrible. - Customer Service Glass Enterprises Employee Review

Working at Glass Enterprises Northeast is not your typical manufacturing/production company. At Glass Enterprises Northeast, there is a strong emphasis placed on the value that each employee brings to the company and building a employee oriented atmosphere. Management and Ownership encourages feedback and is highly invested in promoting growth and career advancement of each employee. The PTO policy is one of the best in the industry and falls in line with a strong believe of work/life balance. Integrity and honesty are not just words, They are values that as an employee I have seen practiced every day. If you are told something is going to happen, it happens. Another strong company value is recruitment from the community that we are part of, and giving back to that community through participation in community events. This is a great company to work for if you like feeling valued, appreciated, and part of a strong positive workplace culture.

Decent pay, 50 hour work weeks when I was there

Incompetent and greedy managers. They have laid off all of their contractors multiple years in a row right before Christmas. They have also gotten into trouble with the department of labor (take a guess). Very greedy and in incompetent people that will take advantage of you but act like they appreciate your hard work.
