I quit this job after a few months because of the unrelenting pressure to churn out cases. No credit was ever given for precise, error free work; it was all about quantity and analysts were expected to work 24/7 if necessary. Because of technical gaps in staff, I was given cases completely out of my expertise area and expected to churn these out as well. The pay was terrible; you had to work constantly to make anything above the ridiculous base pay. Management completely unresponsive to employee concerns. I love IP work but I absolutely despised working for these people.
