Pros
They offer a flexible schedule and the ability to work from home. Scottsdale is a nice location with great weather.
Cons
Meetings are worthless. They keep the employees in the dark about the company. Very high turnover rate. Employees disappear without any communications. Several employees that I kept in contact with were fired unjustly. Management is abusive to their employees. They try to run a sweatshop to maximize their profits. They are more concerned with quantity over quality. Computer system is inadequate and the network is constantly going down. Search tools are insufficient for the work. I personally witnessed the owners yell at employees on multiple occasions. There is an overwhelming feeling of stress and dissatisfaction at the office. Employees are constantly complaining about their mistreatment.
