1. No apprasials even for out performers it's very low (peanuts) 2. The number of projects have reduced from last few years, they are doing back door firing. 3. The polices meant are typical service based companies. 4. If you don't have project, you will come on beanch and nobody actually cares if you got project or not The HR will ask you do courses of other tech stack and give client interview which doesn't make sense at all. I mean how it will justify you year of experience with 0 years with new tech stack. They behave complely outdated. They will simply make you without work or ask you to leave once pool period is over. (2 months) 5. Pay is competative, but once you are in they will normalise your compensation with no or less apprasials. 6. No one is approachable, you ping people for your profile yet they hardly respond for any opportunity, but ready to take resource from outside with more compensation.
