Pros
In the beginning (when GLO didn't buy Fortech) - community feeling (a lot of opportunities to meet your colleagues through parties, conferences, workshops); - more transparent communication from the management (knowing the good and the bad in the company);
Cons
- part of the management is unqualified to do their work, they lack any sense of good communication and mitigating hard conversation (lying about the benefits, what will come next, and marketing everything in a great light when things are actually crumbling down, over 200 people are leaving and the number is growing); -hardworking and good people are leaving "the ship", because of sneaky "know it all" management and a few people that have 0 integrity and know hot to flatter each other (that will bring some big disadvantages for the company, but it seems they don't care if the paycheck is rolling); - salary frozen over 2 years and they are constantly pushing further the date; - no space to grow, learn new things, no space for good practices like onboarding, mentorship, or at least some paid courses, no career advancement discussions (you should be grateful you are still hired- that's the mindset of managers);
