Well run urgent care system. Ample orientation. Supervising physician responsive/involved.

Some Lead MA’s under qualified and/or under trained in terms of conflict resolution among MA’s. Fired the hard workers and kept the less motivated because they didn’t investigate the situation. This happened a couple times.

Great team culture with supportive colleagues and opportunities to make a meaningful impact. I appreciate the autonomy in my role and the ability to partner closely with leaders across a variety of functions. The work is fast-paced, engaging, and rewarding, and I have felt trusted and supported in my role. Leadership is committed to providing quality care and fostering a positive employee experience. Overall, it has been a great place to grow professionally and contribute to a mission-driven org.
