Every morning they expect you to sit on the floor like you're in kindergarten, very degrading and uncomfortable. Team leadership is VERY inconsistent and upper management is poor. Some team leaders are very cliquey which makes it awkward for new and old techs they exclude. The job itself is very labor intensive, their vacuums will start to hurt your back after a few weeks. If you're looking to become an individual cleaner don't even try, there are new techs almost every day so job security is zero. Worst place I've worked hands down.
