      Physically active, steady regular hours (m-f, 8:30-5), consistency, some room for upward mobility, meeting interesting people and seeing unique homes and places, tips and freebies, competitive pay compared to similar jobs in the area.

      Need a driver's license, only full time hours available, tiring if not physically fit.

      Sometimes long days. Work can be hard on your body if you are not properly stretching and using ergonomics.
