      Pros

      You can use the cleaning gear to clean your own home.

      Cons

      Every morning they expect you to sit on the floor like you're in kindergarten, very degrading and uncomfortable. Team leadership is VERY inconsistent and upper management is poor. Some team leaders are very cliquey which makes it awkward for new and old techs they exclude. The job itself is very labor intensive, their vacuums will start to hurt your back after a few weeks. If you're looking to become an individual cleaner don't even try, there are new techs almost every day so job security is zero. Worst place I've worked hands down.

The work we do is physically demanding by nature, and we want for each of our crew members to get the support they need to stay healthy and comfortable. We're sorry to have let you down. Staff turnover is a challenge in our industry, and we are proud of our above average staff retention rate, but we can and will continue to improve in this area, with the help of input from everyone on the team.       High standards of work, listens to employees, good pay, benefits

      Cons

      Labor intensive, can be hard to learn standards in situations with homes which are quite clean anyway, more expectations than average maid services

      Feb 2018 update on this review: in addition to instituting daily stand-up meetings since this review was posted (for better communication), we have added more tools and ways to engage in feedback discussions with managers. Also, job shadowing is now a regular part of training for both entry-level Housekeeping Cleaners and Cleaning Team Leaders. Thank you for your feedback!
