At Green Drop Garage, we strive to create a positive and inclusive workplace. We also pride ourselves on getting the job done and being productive. This former employee was ill-suited to take on the rather demanding position of Operations Director and was in over their head. Former fast food management experience did not translate into a successful tenure at the company. We lost 3 key employees under this person's mediocre management. Many opportunities and help were given to this person to grow and own their success. Working at Green Drop is not easy - but it is rewarding. Bonuses are achievable to those who are achievers. Our awesome, productive and happy staff is compensated well above industry averages. Our B Corporation audit proves as much. **Anyone who continues to complain or argues for their limitations does not last long at any meaningful company. Our company is meaningful and here to change the industry and use business as a force for good in our staff's lives and in the community.
