Pay, snacks, potential for advancement opportunities

Cons

Churn and burn employment mentality Not actually that eco friendly, besides the oil changes, but charges top dollar for remedial services that can be done way cheaper elsewhere in the name of “eco” Hasn’t figured out it’s identity which leads to low morale and rash decisions

Pros

There are many ways to move up in this company if you are a hard worker. Great benefits. Good, like minded coworkers. Fun atmosphere. I am rewarded when I achieve my goals and come up with new ideas. Good work life balance. Employer really cares about doing the right thing for employees and customers. Unique outlook on auto repair industry that really works.

Cons

Stressful at times but that just comes with the industry. Many layers of management, things get lost in translation through the chain of command sometimes.

Good pay, good work environment, and great values. They will pay for your Ase certifications as well as other schooling within a yearly budget and facilitate growth for you personally as well as the company.

Cons

Somewhat strict covid related regulations but that comes with the territory of the customer demographic.
