Pros

The staff was great, I had the chance to work with a lot of great people. The culture at the 28th ave location was what made that place special. I was able to work in the neighborhood I grew up in. The customers were amazing. I had plenty of regulars who came to see me specifically for their auto needs.

Cons

The high turnover rate made it hard to get a team together to consistently produce at high levels. Building a team takes time to grow trust and chemistry. The business model known as Car Care is and will continue to be a financial disaster. It has turned a once profitable shop into a glorified lube shop (Jiffy Lube). The biggest problem Green Drop has to overcome is ownership. The owner lacks qualities of a leader in general. This wouldn't be so bad if he was humble.

Pros

The culture and value of what Green Drop is supposed to stand for.

Cons

The roots of Green Drop are hanging on by a thread... quickly becoming another quick-lube style shop that pushes free and discounted services to bring in customers instead of quality customer service, community presence and happy employees.
