Pros

Yay for the hard working staff.

Cons

Lots of hypocrisy. Driving polluting diesel cars and gas-guzzling SUVs don't jive with their "green" outlook and advertising. Their so-called "green" marketing is just a means to profit and nothing more. The massive staff turnover is a good indicator of how it is to work here. Don't be fooled like so many in the past were. There are plenty of places in the area for whom to work that actually have values by which they live.

Pros

My mother told me if you don't have anything nice to say......

Cons

Service writing is weak, writers do all estimates and the flat rate technician works for free when they undersell. No customer waiting room, they are right there in working shop environment.

Pros

I have been very happy since day one. Management is fair, accommodating, and is always flexible with the needs of its employees. The crew is great to work with and always seem to get along so well, which is rare more often than not.

Cons

wish we had a better kitchen area ( larger fridge, maybe a toaster oven.)
