This company truly puts patients first. Patients don't always follow the normal pathways based on diseases or surgical processes. At Greystone Home Health we are allowed to treat the patients as need be as long as there is supporting documentation to help support the need. Nurses and Therapists are encouraged to use creativity in managing their Home Health patients. Our field staff are an important part of developing how we are at Greystone Home Health and are encouraged to help participate in developing new programs and our standards of care.
Cons
The home health division has it's checks and balances to ensure compliance with CMS regulations. How this breaks down is there is always someone overseeing documentation from all staff levels. We strive for perfection in documentation and in delivery of patient care. We have very high standards and hold everyone accountable for performing their best. Some of our staff feel too much oversight and too much checks and balance.
