Pros
These are all based on my branch of the company, not sure how the other branches of the company treat their employees 1. Very good work culture, you don't have managers constantly watching over you and stuff like that 2. Doesn't take very long to advance in your career there, you go from being an intern to a mid-level engineer in under 3 years and they'll pay for any external courses of your choosing and you get provided with a company laptop to work with 3. On paper they're Hybrid, you're supposed to show up to the office 3 days a week but they don't really enforce that policy like that, it seems that they just want to know that as long as you're getting their work done then you can show up as little to the office as you want 4. They host monthly events (and sometimes trips) for their employees
Cons
These are all based on my branch of the company, not sure how the other branches of the company treat their employees 1. The salary isn't very good, and the pay structure feels worrisome/concerning. For example, as a junior engineer I started at about 150k p/m, then got increases every 4 months (150k → 180k → 223k within a year). To me, this looks like they delay paying the real rate by starting you off on a low salary and gradually moving you to what they could have paid from day one. 2. Job security felt uncertain in my experience. Demand seemed uneven across roles, and if you weren't placed on a project for a period of time, there was a real risk of being let go. I personally saw this happen to multiple people while I worked there. Overall, I like the work environment, but financially and for job security, I wouldn't recommend it. In my opinion I think It makes the most sense if you're just starting out in your career and need experience, or if you have a second job already lined up just incase they decide to let you go.
