      Pros

      Very professional onboarding. Office hours - 2 days / week with flexible timing of 5 hours mandatory in office then as per traffic go back and login to complete rest of the work.

      Cons

      Please note that while hiring promises are attractive, they apply only after project onboarding. You will initially be on the bench, with your primary assignment being a major BFSI project. Delivery managers are real fun to watch in context to execution and planning. While I respect the military, my MD’s obsession with office drills and constant army references feels misplaced. It’s an IT company, not a barracks; this performative "motivation" is simply frustrating.

      Pros

      Grid Dynamics was a FANTASTIC place to work. They essentially function as a resource management company where you will be contracted out to their customer for different projects. It allows for a wide variety of different opportunities.

      Cons

      The only downside of Grid Dynamics is that you are tied to the viability of the different contracts. While Grid makes every effort to keep you with the company between contracts, if there aren't any contracts with openings then you will be released. However, Grid has a concept of putting people on a "bench" where you get paid while you wait for a new role in a contract.
