      Pros

      If you are junior, it's a good place to learn some tech stuff and get more experience.

      Cons

      Management is just unprofessional, they don't know how to make a simple plan for project, how divide big scope of work into smaller one and other basic things. They don't know how to manage risks. They lie to you. If you are on bench, you better to find job in other company, because you can be sacked without objective reason. But it's good for you. They lie to their clients, they don't care about quality of work they do. Money is only thing that they care about, and clients for them are just cash cows.

      Pros

      Grid Dynamics was a FANTASTIC place to work. They essentially function as a resource management company where you will be contracted out to their customer for different projects. It allows for a wide variety of different opportunities.

      Cons

      The only downside of Grid Dynamics is that you are tied to the viability of the different contracts. While Grid makes every effort to keep you with the company between contracts, if there aren't any contracts with openings then you will be released. However, Grid has a concept of putting people on a "bench" where you get paid while you wait for a new role in a contract.
