      Pros

      Good salary. They will match their offer to your expectation.

      Cons

      Don't put your career at risk. Grid Dynamics offer me position and gave me joining date But before joining date they keep extending my joining date. After 3 weeks of time they withdraw the offer saying that they have closed that position. How they can play with anyone career. Employee resign from their current employer to join new company. For Grid Dynamics it does matter where he will go. Its service base company they don't have any internal projects.

      Pros

      Grid Dynamics was a FANTASTIC place to work. They essentially function as a resource management company where you will be contracted out to their customer for different projects. It allows for a wide variety of different opportunities.

      Cons

      The only downside of Grid Dynamics is that you are tied to the viability of the different contracts. While Grid makes every effort to keep you with the company between contracts, if there aren't any contracts with openings then you will be released. However, Grid has a concept of putting people on a "bench" where you get paid while you wait for a new role in a contract.
