Pros
There are some opportunities to switch between different project after a year or two, so that you could learn new stuff and make your career path more attractive. Most valuable and the happiest people in this company are middle engineers: the company sells them as seniors, their salary is average on the market, less bureaucracy. Benefits are average, but nice.
Cons
If you are a senior engineer, then you are under risk: as the most of the projects are related to enterprise legacy monsters, you will have to deal with a lot of unnecessary tasks, lots of bureaucracy, lots of useless meetings, documents and overtiming. Otherwise you will be not profitable to the company and they would hire a jun/mid guy instead of you. If you are junior, then you are under risk: be ready that nobody will take care of you, because all the senior guys will be super busy. Be ready that your manager doesn't have any plan for you. Be ready to work and learn by your self. Be ready that your salary will grow super slowly. If you are a delivery manager: God bless you. Besides all of that, the company culture is very poor. Racial and gender discrimination takes place very often, may not be explicitly, but in meeting rooms or kitchen.
