Pros
What I love about Grid Dynamics is that it offers a lot of challenging opportunities that allow you to grow as an engineer up to technical leadership positions. I also very much appreciate the support from managers at all levels. Everybody in the company is accessible to you and you can raise your idea anytime and bring it to anybody. During almost 4 years of work at Grid Dynamics I was able to work within different departments. From doing hardcore engineering tasks up to engineering management duties and I always had proper support and appreciation from the company. Grid Dynamics is the environment where all your efforts are noticed. At least this is always true for me. It's a very great fit for strong engineers as they will get here a lot of flexibility and ability to raise design and implementation ideas, take leadership. As well as Grid Dynamics offers very strong internship programs allowing the development of young talents in the industry in different specializations. One more solid part of Grid is that is full of highly skilled engineers & architects with confirmed success stories of solving challenges for the Fortune 100 companies, so you always find something to learn from your teammates. You as an engineer at Grid Dynamics can decide on the area where you going to get deep expertise, and the company always welcomes the desire of engineers to try themselves in different roles and specializations. If tomorrow you decided to switch from Java stack to Big Data, AI/ML, or even try yourself in Delivery Management, be sure you will get proper support and a clean learning path.
Cons
I can not find any major concerns. The only thing which probably makes sense to highlight is that Grid Dynamics' culture encourages employees to be self-independent and proactive, which probably won't be super comfortable for the people who like to be micromanaged
