Good time off policy and good health insurance

Cons

Upper management isn’t organized well at all. People who know what they’re doing are expected to add additional duties to their role without any additional compensation. Getting a pay $1 pay raise has been like asking for the world to move. Little to no transparency on most things.

Pay is above average along with incentive bonus, vacation time and health benefits.

Cons

New President of Delaware Life is cutting costs without even realizing the importance of people's positions in IT. While the VP's are staying, the workers are getting the pink slip. It is only a matter of time before people realize the errors in their ways.
