Pros

Occasionally they will give away event tickets.

Cons

Managers do not meet with teams or understand job functions. They hire off of non-skill related factors. Which results in poor supervisors and even more disfunction. HR has no clue how to evaluate talent and there is no opportunity to move departments. Basically, you cannot be promoted unless your manager shows you favoritism. Like stated earlier. You don't even meet with management so they have no clue who is actually talented or not. Proceed with caution.

Pros

Pay is above average along with incentive bonus, vacation time and health benefits.

Cons

New President of Delaware Life is cutting costs without even realizing the importance of people's positions in IT. While the VP's are staying, the workers are getting the pink slip. It is only a matter of time before people realize the errors in their ways.
