Pros

- I got on well with some colleagues, which made life at the company much easier - Some flexibility in terms of hours and working from home, though this decreased during my time at the company - Relaxed working environment within my team (however, pressure came from another team)

Cons

- Groupon Coupons as an organisation very much undervalues the Content Team and favours the Affiliate Team. This leads to us in the Content Team being overworked in order to earn commissions for them - The pay is a disgrace - barely over minimum wage - The job title of "admin" is also a disgrace. A few of us fought hard for a title change and were repeatedly told it was impossible - I don't see why - Within the Content Team, only those who work on the UK and Polish markets are given promotions, title changes and opportunities to work on interesting projects. Those of us working on other markets get no growth opportunities - No professional development - Highly skilled graduates and experienced professionals are hired for the Content Team and are expected to perform to a high standard, yet are treated as unqualified admin assistants
