Pros

Honestly, there are no positives to highlight from my experience at Groupon.

Cons

Management completely failed to drive processes effectively or provide clear direction for the team. Targets are highly unrealistic, and there is no proper support to help agents achieve them. No one is willing to listen to agents’ concerns or problems, which makes the work environment feel dismissive and discouraging. There are no real growth opportunities, and career development is almost nonexistent. The PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) culture is a major negative point, creating constant fear and insecurity among employees instead of motivation. The workplace is filled with unnecessary stress, and there is no proper plan to manage processes or workloads effectively. Overall, poor leadership, lack of planning, and weak support systems make it an extremely frustrating place to work.
