Pros
The culture - hands-down. Everything is changing and moving so quickly, and in the beginning, your input was extremely important. It was amazing to be part of something that was growing so fast and changing the way people shopped online. There are so many opportunities to move around internally and management is great to find the right position for you.
Cons
The changes with commission, bonuses, overtime fluctuated too much - this is where a lot of inconsistency was. One month you had overtime then the next you didn't, then you had it again.
