Pros
They're young as a company and are walking down unpaved roads. Lots of processes and structure still need to be set up but I can be a part of it and see things grow. it's a roller coaster ride and you better like roller coasters here. it can be a lot of fun and the opportunities are a-plenty.
Cons
Lots of stuff is changing very fast. What was true yesterday might be comeplete bs tomorrow. You need to either adapt to that or have the self-confidence to plow through this.
