Pros

No vacation policy--you can take as many days off as you think you deserve. Quickly growing company so you're not likely to be unemployed anytime soon Young company with a great sense of humor

Cons

Speaking from a point of view as someone on editorial only. Sales have a totally different experience I'm sure. Expect the management to be a few people who got in on the ground floor when Groupon was nothing (probably due to being friends with Andrew Mason) and are still hanging around, now managing a large staff, which they are painfully unqualified to do. Expect rampant but veiled employee discontent. Expect to be underpaid while you watch tons of money be wasted on salaries that shouldn't need to exist (the writeups go through four more stages of editorial after getting written. Four! Why not just hire better writers, or invest the time and energy in actually training them!)

Pros

Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well

Cons

Not many cons. People are really cool.
