      * Group layoffs - the entire branch was closed less than a year after its creation.(due to COVID-19 problems) * Lack of clear communication from the upper management

      Learned a great deal here. My first big guy job and the responsibilities kept me focused and motivated. I grew a lot as a person at Groupon as well
