Pros
It is very fast paced and the people around make the work day go quickly. The pay is definitely competitive There is no specific dress code, able to wear what you are comfortable in Get to feel like you are part of something bigger like a whole movement Given enough responsibility to feel like you are an important part of the machine The unlimited paid time off! (Don't abuse it, don't lose it) My boss completely understands that we all have lives outside of work and respects that Benefits package is pretty awesome
Cons
Because we are growing so rapidly, there can be confusion sometimes Not always sure where the day will take you but that is also one of the best things..
