Pros

My team and I bonded because we were all miserable together. I wish them the best in their endeavors.

Cons

This has been one of the most chaotic and dehumanizing environments I’ve ever worked in. Employees are treated poorly, almost like they're disposable, with little focus on supporting their growth or development within the company. Instead of investing in their team, the company seems quick to let people go, which is particularly concerning given the current job market and economic conditions. Job security is virtually nonexistent, especially for young professionals. The pay is far too low to live off comfortably, making it even harder to stay motivated or focused. My team experienced constant turnover, with new managers being assigned every two weeks, which disrupted our sales process weekly. This led to confusion and made it impossible to meet or exceed our goals as delays kept piling up. To make matters worse, one of our managers was abruptly fired in front of the team. Overall, the company is extremely unprofessional and needs to learn how to treat employees with respect and kindness.
