Pros

Coworkers WFH 4 day work week Nothing else

Cons

This place is crumbling day-by-day. Over my three years with this company- the changes across the board are insane. When I first started, several office closed. I was offered to work from home. Of course, I took that offer, but then was later told I would now have to travel over an hour away every other week. After doing that for about a year, I was then informed that office would be closing as well and I would just work from home moving forward. A couple of months following that- I was told there would be changes made within the organization(surprise!) and left with no other option than to change my role. I applied for another role and was accepted. Three months after starting the new role- I was unexpectedly LAID OFF along with every other person on that team. This company laid off atleast 100 people on 11/19/2025 in several different positions just before the holidays. It is truly sick! This place will not stand much longer. It is sinking day-by-day.

Pros

Serves a population with high need. Flexible. Remote work. Team oriented. Communication. Instant response to questions. Physicians are very supportive.

Cons

Credentialling takes up to 6 months. System could stand several updates. Not the best paying job, but not bad for the area.

Pros

I work in operations, and I can honestly say I love working here. Is it a growing company? Absolutely. Has it had change and some hard moments? Yes. But I’ve never felt like those moments defined Groups What I’ve seen, especially over the last year, is a company that’s learning, adjusting, and genuinely trying to get better. From an ops perspective, I’ve felt valued. We’re not just the team that executes behind the scenes. Our input is asked for, and more importantly, it’s used. There’s strong cross-functional collaboration, and when things get complicated, people roll up their sleeves instead of passing blame. That kind of ownership and teamwork is something I don’t take for granted. The mission is real here. You feel it in conversations. You see it in how much people care about members and families. Even when the work is heavy, there’s a shared sense of purpose that keeps people grounded. I’ve also seen growth in communication, alignment, and clarity of expectations. It’s not a stagnant company (it’s evolving to always be better for the members we support) and I actually see that as a positive. There’s momentum. There’s accountability. And there are smart, thoughtful people who care deeply about doing this work well. No workplace is perfect, but I’ve felt supported, challenged in a good way, and proud of what we’re building. That’s why I’m still here, and am invested in the mission and growth of GRT.

Cons

Honestly, I would love to see mid year raises as well as annual merit raises
