Pros
I genuinely do love working at Groups. You are required to be super independent and I never feel micro-managed. I am trusted to do my job and do it correctly and I appreciate being able to work independently. There seems to be great room for advancement within the company and they seem to truly value their employees as well as their patient. They are patient driven and aim to serve each person individually and as best they can. I have and will continue to refer people to work for groups!
Cons
Although working independently is a definite perk, with the ever growing company it can be hard to get ahold of anyone in management in a timely manner. The company is spread out from coast to coast and management is very spread out (and spread thin) as well. Almost all communication must be done through email and sometimes things can fall through the cracks and it can be hard to get answers quickly.
