Pros
There are a larger than average number of passionate and committed people working together at Groups to serve our members. Our care teams are made up of local counselors and office managers who get to pour back into their own communities and create opportunities for recovery in their home towns. Our corporate team is small but mighty and really filled with skilled and creative people who really spend their days working to support the care team and members. Our members are inspiring and while the work is hard, the outcome is worth it.
Cons
Remote work can be isolating. There's always a lot going on and it requires patience and willingness to go with the flow - this won't be right for someone who wants to know every day what they're walking into with no surprises, but it keeps it interesting.
