Business Outlook
Pros
The office culture is great and pretty laid back with attire being business casual. Most people are super friendly and willing to help. Management is very approachable (even the CEO!). They provide food often, including a weekly Friday breakfast.
Cons
There is not a set format for training. Also the main program we use is slow. Other than that, not many cons. Pay is not high, but the bonus program makes up for it when production is booming.
