Pros
a laissez faire attitude towards employees - never being micromanaged. With a large portion of my coworkers that can be categorized as the millennial generation I find it refreshing that we are trusted to be professionals and not micromanaged. A never still approach to positions: to keep focus fresh our SVP does a great job by allowing us to try new duties that progress in our professional trajectory. the wide range of benefits is a huge plus. my favorite benefit plans have to be the Health Savings Account and the LifeTime corporate partnership plan (besides the expected medical, dental ETC)
Cons
In times, communication can be difficult. what one finds urgent may be not considered so for someone else. it can be a trying time to get everyone on the same page.
