Pros
Nicest colleagues, everyone makes you feel welcome. Professional but casual atmosphere, can wear jeans on Fridays. Lots of enthusiasm for what's going on there and how they are growing. New people coming on board all the time because it's growing so fast. Everyone seems to get along. People listen to ideas. Good benefits. Good onboarding and HR dept.
Cons
Large, so you don't really get to meet everyone because everyone is in different physical areas. Don't really have much to say bad to be quite honest. Pay could be better but probably will increase as company grows.
