No work balance and favoritism - Consultant Guidehouse Employee Review

- there will be days when you have to work more than 40 hours each week, you will be asked to work on weekends/holidays to met deadlines - making people do thing that is above or below their pay grade, not sticking to their roles/responsibilities - A LOT of favoritism and not being treated equally - leadership is a mess and will say they will do thing but never does (all talk no action) - benefits is not good and no bonuses (only end of year)
