Very difficult to grow - Consultant II Guidehouse Employee Review

This company has wonderful benefits but honestly corporate needs to do a better job with the supervision of managers. From the beginning my manager never allowed me to grow, constantly telling me to act to the next level even though my clients were constantly providing feedback. Promotions and titles are not based on work experience, it is based on networking and being your manager’s puppet.
