Cons

New administration all about the bottom line, don’t seem to care about patient care. Many departments short staffed because pay is not competitive, directors are allowed to bully staff. Blake used to promote quality care by listening and including staff in decisions. Now it’s a toxic place with unrealistic expectations from admin staff who never leave the safety of their cubicle.,
