The benefits are very good, and the pay is average. Bonuses can be decent. The airport environment is always a challenge
Cons
HMS Host will work you like a slave. You are held to a very high standard, while working with sub- standard equipment and less employees than are needed to carry out the job. Expect to work an hourly position in one restaurant while managing 4 others- every shift.
