The biggest downside of all is the competency of the management staff. They demand respect and complete compliance with what they say or do but provide none in return and give little trust to their staff. They over staff constantly, rarely send people home, and hardly ever aid or work with the staff. The management is poorly trained or poorly promoted with no incentives for others to want to be promoted.
