- Toxic management: the owners, Jim and Amany Hacking and the entire Leadership Team, create a toxic work culture that has caused numerous employees emotional distress. - Micromanagement: there is no trust between leadership and employees, so there is a lot of micromanagement - Time off requests are not handled well (guilt trips when one tries to take it, a million hoops to jump through to be able to go on vacation) - Stingy regarding employee compensation - Mistreatment of employees: communication is often very aggressive from leadership.

Pros

This is my second year of internship with this law firm. They have be super flexible and accommodating. I have learned a lot and been exposed to some seriously great opportunities for projects. I got to work with the STL team and they have been nothing but kid. The attorneys are great, and take the time to talk to you and explain things to you.
