Those who get promoted to management end up getting power trips. Certain drivers are allowed to do whatever and get away with anything and everything while other drivers get in trouble for doing their job. They don't allow drivers to seek medical attention when it's needed (at least in my case). Favoritism is an issue. If management doesn't like you, you don't get decent trips or the hours.
