      Poor support, poor training, two-faced managers, bad co-workers, no team atmosphere, back-stabbbing, poorly maintained vehicles, no benefits, no help from union.

      Pros

      They work with all schedules and the supervisor is very understanding and works with your schedule great for me because I’m a fulltime student.

      Cons

      Your on call 24/7 when you do work so the hours are scattered
