Pros

Great Culture Easy to make friends with your teammates Hybrid Schedule- makes work life balance doable attendance resets every month

Cons

Their policies. The Metrics Management isn't that great HR is even worse Performance Plans- Once you get to a level 2 it's nearly impossible to get off of it without them finding something else to write you up for to move you to a Level 3. At that point it doesn't matter how hard you work to improve they simply do not care.

Pros

My team of coworkers. Everything else that made me love my job and this company does not exist anymore.

Cons

Every perk, including my job was been taken from me (thanks AI. But, you said Penny wouldn’t take jobs, right?). Micromanage. No effort to know you as a person from management. The definition of “you are just a number.” The company cares way too much about profits and AI, and has completely lost sight of investing in their people. Current COO does not acknowledge stress behind job security with AI, when two departments have been dissolved in six months.
