There is no time for teambuilding. You cannot talk to others. Even though you’re waiting a long time to speak with the SSA rep, you can’t be on your phone or browse the internet while you wait. You get in trouble if you do. I would understand it if the person is not doing any work at all or isn’t on hold, but it is ridiculous. Hard to create connections with other coworkers. Micromanaged a lot. The hardest workers aren’t appreciated despite their large case load. If you’re good, you get all the problematic clients. I had one client threaten to kill me and not much was done about it.
