Pros

Started off good during AEP

Cons

To many changed putting employees under a ton of stress and if you do not meet the QA standards they pay you less on commission or don't pay at all. They only pay $10 an enrollment. Having trouble with them not wanting to pay the 1st week withheld when I 1st was employed

Pros

Remote and nothing else to be honest.

Cons

Healthplan One is a garbage company that is currently hiring anyone with a pulse because senior and newer agents are constantly walking out the door—just Google their recent hiring experiences to see how desperate they are for warm bodies. Management is completely winging it, forcing you to sign quarterly contracts because they are constantly changing rules and shifting the goalposts. To make matters worse, carriers have started changing Agent of Record (AOR) rights, meaning if you enroll seniors in certain plans from specific existing plans, you aren't recognized as the AOR and you don't get paid for your work. I am only working here to collect a paycheck while I actively interview for other non-Medicare insurance jobs, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
